Lacey Alexander is the CEO and Owner of Creative Solutions A2Z, LLC. Her goal is simple: make the world a better place by helping people be their best selves. Her company provides Executive Coaching for individuals and teams, Organizational Consulting, and Leadership Development training, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and goal achievement.
Lacey is an advocate of women helping women, and aims to be of service in helping women define what success looks like to them, growing as a leader in male dominated industries, and being confident in owning their power. She is a recent retiree from the military, and understands leading in a male dominated industry.
In addition, Lacey has over 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational management and training and education. She has served in nine different countries across the globe, where she has successfully led multi-national teams as large as 500 personnel. She believes in leading with a humanistic approach in knowing her people. Through valuing diversity and inclusion, she has leveraged her teams’ unique talents to accomplish the mission, while supporting their growth and development. She is business saavy with experience in running a variety of organizations, overseeing operations, multi-million dollar budgets, marketing, and human resource managerial tasks. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with a minor in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Adult Education – Leadership and Workforce Development. She’s also earned her Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance, Diversity & Inclusion and Grant Writing certifications.
Lacey is growth minded and believes in lifelong learning to continue to be her best to serve others. She believes people are creative, resourceful and whole and simply need support and encouragement to align their passion and action to live in their purpose.
She enjoys spending time with her two daughters Amira and Zoe. Together their family pack of 3 have traveled to over 30 countries.
